Returns and Exchanges

As per the EU Right of Withdrawal laws you have 14 days to return your items for a full refund if you aren't happy with your purchase.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds on sale items, personalised or custom orders.

If you would like to exchange or refund an item, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t take responsibility for lost returns. Please make sure to package your items in the original box to ensure it arrived safely.

Faulty or defective products

All my products are handmade and do not come out of big machines / factories. I spend hours in my small studio moulding clay and sanding down pieces. Due to the handmade nature of the items they are unique and sometimes have small imperfections, like me. This may include slight variations in colour or pattern from photos, or minor bubbles in the resin that can naturally occur during the curing process. These are not considered to be faults; Faulty refers to broken pieces or major cosmetic damage. 

This rarely happens but please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

I recommend that you include the following details when you email me:

  • Order number.
  • A description of the defect.
  • Photo(s) showing the defect.

I have a 14 day window for you to contact me and send me the product to assess from the date you receive your order. If you get a faulty or the wrong item I will send you a prepaid postage label to your email at my expense. You can send it back to me to either get it fixed at no cost or replaced. I will address the issue and give you a solution. 

After those 14 days I will not be liable to cover shipping expenses but I am are more than happy to help you fix/replace the item accordingly. Minor fixes (Ex. gluing an earring post) will have no additional costs, however I will reach out with options.

Shipping Delays

I do not offer refunds or replacements on items if shipping is delayed as this is out of my control and shipping times may vary due to Holidays or world events. I am not responsible for items lost, stolen or misdirected mail. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that their address is correct.

If your item is returned to sender due to a mistake I have made then I will cover the cost to resend the item to you. Although if the item is returned to sender due to a mistake of the customer (incorrect address, failure to pick up the packet from a Parcel Drop Off Point or denial of the package) then the cost of resending is liable to the customer or they may receive a store credit for the amount of the item instead.
