Average processing time can take between 3 - 6 business days depending on the order size, so please factor this on top of shipping time estimation.
All items are shipped through Hermes or DHL.

You can track your package directly through the Hermes Website Or with ParcelsApp.
Please make sure the address is the right one. You'll have a tracking number for security.

Once the product is sent, the address can not be changed. If the item is returned to the sender due to negligence by the customer you will be liable to cover the postage cost for resending the item.
Shipping Delays or Lost Items
All purchases will be provided with a tracking number unless specified in the shipping rates. I do not offer refunds or replacements on items if shipping is delayed as this is out of my control and shipping times may vary due to Holidays or world events. I am not responsible for items lost, stolen or misdirected mail. If the buyer purchases shipping without tracking it is at their own risk if the shipment is lost. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that their address is correct.
